A6 A25 (INCI named CETEARETH-6 and CETEARETH-25) is a non-ionic emulsifier formed by the reaction of a higher saturated fatty alcohol with ethylene oxide, in which A6 contains free fatty alcohol.

Performance characteristics:
A6 A25 has good emulsifying properties and can increase system stability. It is non-toxic and non-irritating. It is a non-ionic emulsifier for the production of water-in-oil emulsifier products for cosmetic preparations.
The mixture made of A6 A25 has excellent effects, and the effect of the combination of the two is more ideal.
A25 and cetyl alcohol, one or both, can be used together to make a mixed ointment or cream base, and can absorb up to 90% of water. This product is also a very effective protective colloid that can increase the stability of the dispersed system. When A25 is mixed with water at a concentration of 21-30%, it forms a hydrate that can be applied.
